Maywood Little League
Maywood Little League is announcing Registration for the 2010 Little League Season. Opening Day is Saturday, April 10, 2010.
  1. WHO - All kids born Between, May 1, 1994 & April 30, 2005.
  2. WHEN - Saturdays, January 16, 23, 30, 2010 - 9:00 - 3:00 each session
  3. WHERE - In Person - outside of Maywood Avenue School Large Gymnasium ON LINE from approximately 1/1/2010 - 1/30/2010. For in person registration you will need to fill out the following, and submit at MAS Large Gym on the dates above, or mail to Mywood Baseball c/o Tommy DeSimone, 214 Stone Street, Maywood, NJ 07607. Registration will close on February 6th.
  • 2010 Little League Registration Form with Fee Schedule On Top of Form...remember to check off Appropriate Sizes for Pants & Shirt
  • 2010 Medical Release Form
  • 2010 Volunteer Application
  • 2010 Concession Form complete with a $50 Check made payable to Maywood Little League which will be cashed only if you do not meet your Concession Stand obligation.

    Please be advised as a requirement of Little League International Membership, Background Checks are conducted accordingly for all Volunteers.
